Koksuk is a two-person software studio working with small product teams.
Most of our work is unglamorous: making a service observable, removing a queue that should not exist, writing down the assumptions that everyone has been carrying in their head. We prefer boring technology and short feedback loops.
We are comfortable with Go, Python, PostgreSQL, SQLite, and the usual Linux tooling. We are not a design agency and we do not do growth marketing.
How we work
Engagements start with a short audit and a written plan. We ship in small increments, keep a shared changelog, and leave documentation behind. If something is not worth maintaining, we say so before it is built.
